Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional, plus ice from your freezer if needed

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • 2 glasses

Method

  1. Add the base. Pour the orange juice and Greek yogurt into the blender first — this helps everything blend smoothly.
  2. Add the fruit. Add the frozen mango and frozen peach slices on top.
  3. Sweeten (optional). Drizzle in the honey if you’d like it a little sweeter, especially if your fruit isn’t very ripe.
  4. Blend. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, until completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more orange juice; if too thin, add a few extra ice cubes.
  5. Serve. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Helpful Tips
Using frozen fruit means you don’t need ice, which keeps the smoothie thick and creamy instead of watered down.
No frozen fruit on hand? Use fresh mango and peach plus a handful of ice cubes instead.
For a protein boost, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder along with the yogurt.
Swap the peach for frozen pineapple for a tropical twist.
Storage Instructions
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before drinking, as it will separate slightly.
